Made with an Oval-shaped Natural Labradorite gemstone, the front
measures approx 28.5mm tall (1.12") x 16mm wide (0.63") and 5.5mm thick
(0.22"). Made with Double Bands of Solid Sterling Silver half-round wire
attachments, this ring tapers to a 4mm band. Hand-crafted and .925

LABRADORITE - Sister of Moonstone,
Labradorite is an important mystical gemstone. Labradorite is said to
bridge the intellectual/scientific with the psychic/mystic worlds.
Strongly associated with enhancing all psychic abilities. It is thought
to protect the aura from energy leakage, enhance intuition, improve
rational thought and help use power wisely. Because it enhances psychic
ability, protects, improves the intellect and teaches the responsible
use of power, it is referred to as the 'Wizard Stone' in mystic circles.
Labradorite is often used at the New Moon for revelations,
manifestation work, and serious astral/shamanic work. From my
experiences with it, it's not an everyday stone. Sister stone of
Moonstone, Labradorite is a shimmery gem with flashes of fire, called
'Labradorescence'. Discovered in 1770 on the Labrador Peninsula, from
whence it gets its name.

Sterling Silver. Real Sterling NEVER contains nickel or lead. Our
charms, pendants, earrings and findings listed in this shoppe are NOT
silver plated or silver filled; they are NOT silver plated, or 'silver
colored', 'antique silver' or sterling silver plated -- that is just
plain confusing!
A Sterling, SS or .925 quality mark that is
stamped directly on the object OR attached as a tag is supposed to
indicate that the entire piece is Sterling Silver. According to the
National Gold and Silver Act if a piece is marked or has an attached tag
that says “sterling”, "SS" or “925,” it must be SOLID sterling Silver,
not sterling silver plated or sterling silver filled. SADLY -- Lately
many pieces coming out of different countries have a 925 stamped on them
-- After we've had them assayed, however, it turns out many of these
pieces are only 20 to 60-percent silver (not 92.5) -- Remember, ANYONE
can stamp a piece -- .925 stamps are readily available on the jewelry
making market.
