Rare Arizona Chrysocolla Cabochon from the now defunct Saginaw Hill Mine area of Tucson, Arizona. This spectacular cabochon features streaks chrysocolla, other native copper minerals and galena encased within quartz. Dotted across the face and back of this piece there are splashes of awesome, metallic-grey galena. When you shift this stone in the light you can see the galena dance to life! Chrysocolla was self-collected from the now closed-to-collecting Saginaw Hill in Tucson, Arizona. This cabochon measures 39.5mm long (1.55") by 12.2mm wide (0.48") by 6.6mm at thickest point -- will make an excellent addition to any rock and mineral collection - or wrap to make a one-of-a-kind pendant.
