Outback Jasper is a lovely stone that resembles wood grain with lovely shades of cameo pinks, rich brown ochre, and blue-gray that meet in a brecciated and healed fashion. This material can be scenic, or abstractly picturesque like a dendritic dolomite. This stone occurs in seams and was discovered by fossickers in the midwest region of Western Australia near the small gold mining center of Payne's Find.
