How
soon will my order ship?
We fill orders on a first-ordered, first-filled basis.
Our inventory is not 'live', and since we volume wholesale not only to
you, but also to stores internationally, some items literally sell-out
overnight.
Orders containing Small Quantities & Regular-Stock Items* (see below
for exclusions), Normally ship within 2-5 business
days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends & holidays). Please
click that you'll Accept a Backorder (if necessary) for Fastest Shipment.
We normally ship twice per week : Usually Tuesdays & Fridays**
We live in a tiny town & our PO isn't
even open on Saturday (so please don't ask)!!
Backorders (if you select as an option) will be shipped as soon as ready.
**NOTE: During the busiest months of : January, September,
October, November & December this lead-time may be longer.
We ALWAYS attend the Tucson Gem & Mineral Show during Late January
to Mid-February & the Kansas City Rennaissance Festival (KCRF) during
late August through late October, and will only be sporadically shipping
& available during these times!! It's KCRF Time!

Quantities (5+ / 10+ / etc. -- depending on where
the price breaks occured) per item number, Custom-Cabbed, Custom-Soldered
Post Earrings, are considered custom-cast / special-order items &
may take 4 to 6 weeks before a complete shipment. All custom-cast gold
orders will take 4-6 weeks as we do not keep a stock of any 14k items.
These items are non-refundable nor cancelable. Please choose to accept
Back-Orders to have your in-stock jewelry items shipped ASAP. Please order
Small Quantities 1st in Sterling Silver if you are unsure.
It's amazing how many times we're asked if we can
'guarantee' when a package arrives...
Sorry, we can only control when your package will ship, NOT the United
States Postal Service! LOL!
You will receive an eMail from us upon Label Printing / Shipment with
shipment details along with the package delivery confirmation number (delivery
confirmation service is not available for APO/FPO or international shipments).
Again, most (but not all) items are continuously in stock -- we keep our
site updated nearly daily to reflect 'sold out' items.
However, our inventory is not 'live', and since we also volume wholesale

(and all packaging used during shipment) not be used for items made for
infants, toddlers, or other young children, who may be more likely to
place these items in their mouths, and may present a choking hazard. Please
be aware we do not sell to, or promote the sale of any product to or for,
any child under the age of 15.
CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65
Consuming foods or beverages that have been kept or served in leaded crystal
products or handling products made of leaded crystal will expose you to
lead - a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects
or other reproductive harm.
We recommend that you wash your hands after handling
any jewelry making supplies, and keep all items away from small children
and infants. No products offered by Silver Enchantments LLC are intended
to be used by children, and at no time are the products we sell intended
to be ingested in any manner. So please, always remember:

SALES
TAX COLLECTION
Silver Enchantments LLC only collects Sales
Tax for sales made to residents of Arizona (AZ).
Thanks to a passed Proposition, the current sales tax for our location
is a preposterous 9.6%.
In order for buyers living in Arizona to bypass sales-tax collection,
we must have your Exemption Form on file.
Sales made to those residing outside of Arizona are responsible for
filing 'use taxes' with their local state and/or local governments as
mandated by their state and/or local jurisdictions.

Loss of a package contents is only covered when the package is in the
"possession" of the USPS. Once the package is delivered to
your mailbox or wherever your mail is received (or to the place you
put as your mailing address on the website) and the delivery confirmation
reflects a delivered status (meaning the delivery confirmation label
has been scanned and entered as delivered), we are no longer responsible
for it, unless you contact us, and comply with the requirements
for a signed statement that the package never arrived. We will then
(upon receipt of the letter with your signature) replace your
order or issue a refund.
If after 30 days from shipment date (45 days international), your package
has not been registered/scanned as delivered, it will be considered
lost. Please contact us and provide your Order Number, name, address,
order number, and a phone number, informing us that the item has not
been delivered. We will then make arrangements with you for replacement
or refund. Handling, Shipping & Insurance costs are not refundable.
Policy is for replacement of contents, but if the item is no longer
available we will issue a refund.
Replacement or refund will be issued within 30 days of determination.
We will also continue to check the status of the original package. If
it does show up after the refund or replacements, we insist that it
be returned to us at our expense if we so choose or in the case of a
refund being issued, all monies refunded to you shall be returned to
us. Please wait 25 days after package mailing before writing for a claim
request. This process can only be initiated 30 days (45 days for international)
after original mailing date, and the signed affidavit letter must be
received back to us within 45 days (50 days international) of original
package mailing.
Please be sure to input correct information on the ordering form (e.g.,
eMail address, billing/shipping address, etc.). We will ship your order
to the address given by purchaser. This address must be the confirmed/verified
address for the card given. If package is returned to us for any reason
(not signed for, etc.), we will treat the package as returned &
return, restocking & orginal shipping, handling & insurance
charges will be deducted as per return terms agreed to below.
DELIVERY OR SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
Some packages may require a signature (it depends on your Post Office
and/or if we request a Signature Confirmation Service), and if you aren't
home to sign for it then you will receive a slip indicating an attempt
has been made. It will be your responsibility to make arrangements with
your post office or UPS for redelivery or pick up. We are not responsible
for packages lost after delivery confirmation has been made. We will
not replace or refund customers who claim that their package was not
received once delivery confirmation has been indicated.
SHORTAGE &
DEFECT CLAIMS
Any shortage or defect claim must be made
within 5 calendar days of Registered Delivery (per Delivery Confirmation).
Any claims received after 5 calendar days will not be honored.
If there is a sell-out or back-order shortage, it will be marked on
your receipt that you receive with your order.
Non-Backorderable Sell-outs will be reflected with a Refund Receipt
stapled to the top, right of your invoice, and noted on the order receipt.
Backorders shall be marked as such as well.
DAMAGES
Packages are Insured via 3rd Party (U-Pic). Damages must be reported
within 24 hours of delivery, via email. Proof of damages must be provided.
The items or pictures of damage(s) and packaging must be received within
7 days from initial email contact. After that time, if the item has
not been received the claim is null and void. If you are returning the
item we would highly suggest including delivery confirmation as your
claim can not be processed if we can not determine the extent and cause
of damage.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Should you decide to cancel an order, the following cancellation fees
will be applied (per invoice).
If buyer cancels after we have already processed your card, a 10% cancellation
fee will be applied to your refund.
This 10% cancellation fee is to cover the cost of transaction fees &
refund fees we are assessed by our credit card processing company. If
buyer cancels after any custom-casting job has been started (at all),
and/or your order has been pulled (but not yet shipped), a 20% cancellation
fee will be applied to your refund. This 20% cancellation fee is to
cover labor in returning product to inventory and/or labor that has
already been incurred for casting, plus the cost of transaction fees
& refund fees we are assessed by our credit card processing company.
Please see our Return Policy if your order has
been shipped.
Backorders are non-cancelable.
APO
/ FPO BUYERS We are proud to support our military personnel and their
families overseas, and gladly ship to APO / FPO addresses at same US
rates. We have a family member in the military too!! Please make sure
the items you are having shipped are allowed in your area. We know (as
a family member is Retired Air Force; Hello Jim!) that depending on
where military personnel are located, that there may be lists of items
(symbols, etc.) that are not allowed for various reasons.Please check
on this before purchasing.
INTERNATIONAL
BUYERS
It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that any
items purchased from Silver Enchantments LLC will clear the destination's
customs.
The buyer is responsible for any and all duties, customs, VAT, handling
fees and/or charges.
The customs declaration form will declare the contents within the package
and their cost with the "Merchandise" box marked.
Sorry, but we we will NOT show the package as being a "Gift"
or at a lower value.
Though not showing as insured, your package is insured via U-Pic. Regarding international insurance

| REPLACEMENTS OFFICIAL NOTICE:
Your order with us is considered a Contract. As most items are hand-crafted
/ hand-casted, slight variations will occur... these are Not Defects.
We are not obligated for any reason to issue a RA number or issue any
refunds. Unless defective (returned for exacet item replacement), All
Sales Are Final.
Replacement requests are only accepted within 5 business days of registered
delivery date, and Must be Authorized.
Please write to us at return-request @ silverenchantments.com within
5 days to receive a replacement authorization (RA) code and instructions.
Authorized packets must be received within 10 days of RA issue. When
requesting a RA, please include your invoice number, and the nature
of the defect.
We do not intend to make any exceptions
to our All Sales Are Final terms. However, should We Decide to accept
a return...
If authorized, original and return shipping charges are not refundable,
and a 20% restocking fee ($5 minimum) applies to all authorized merchandise
returns (per invoice). In addition, the following also applies : If
the amount you paid at the time of shipping was less than the amount
we paid for shipping and/or insurance, your refund will also be less
the original actual Shipping + Handling ($2) and/or USPS Insurance Rates
(and/or Signature Confirmation Rates) we incurred for the original order
shipped. Yes, this does mean that it is possible to return
items & receive a $0.00 refund.
These Return Terms Also Apply to Any Returned Package -- for any reason
-- e.g., wrong address given on order, not signed for, duties/customs/VAT

Items (length, stone, etc.), Cut chain, Circlets, Herbs, Oils, Seeds,
and/or Soap and/or Candy Molds.
SHORTAGE
