soon will my order ship? We fill orders on a first come, first served basis
in the order received.
If we have all items for your order in stock, we will ship within 2-10
business days
(Monday through Friday, excluding weekends & holidays).
We ship 2 times per week & shipping days vary.
We live in a tiny
town & the PO isn't even open on Saturday (so please don't ask)!!
Backorders (if you select as an option) will be shipped as soon as ready.
**NOTE:** During the busiest months of:
January, November & December this lead-time may be longer.
I'm in a Hurry (aren't we all!) &
Gotta Have My Stuff for a Show, Birthday, Wedding, Special Event, etc.,
etc. ...
We'll do everything we can to help you (within reason),
but please do not expect miracles! :o)
If something is that important, please eMail us BEFORE
placing your order to see if we can do in time for you.
PLEASE NOTE: All Custom-Cast 14k Gold, Custom-Cast
Copper, and 10 or more pieces per item number in Sterling Silver are
considered custom-cast / special-order items & generally take 4
to 6 weeks before a complete shipment. These items are non-refundable
nor cancelable. Please choose to accept Back-Orders to have your in-stock
jewelry items shipped ASAP. Please order Small Quantities in Sterling
Silver 1st if you are unsure.
You will receive an eMail from us ASAP after shipment
with shipment details along with delivery confirmation number (not available
for APO/FPO or international shipments).
Most items are continuously in stock. However, since we also volume
wholesale not only to you, but also to stores internationally, some
items literally sell-out overnight.
Backorders (if you select as an option) will be shipped as soon as ready
at $4.95 S&H rate.
Small orders or regular-stock items (non-custom) will normally
ship within 2 to 10 Business Days
(M-F, excluding holidays & weekends). This may take longer during
the busiest months of Oct., Nov. & Dec.
Larger orders of 10 or more per style number may take
longer to ship.
Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for shipment on large quantity orders. (Please
see below)

All Custom-Cast Gold & Custom-Cast Copper
Items
are Custom-Made / Custom-Cast items and are Cast upon order & will
take longer to ship. Allow 4 to 6 weeks before shipment.
Chain Maille and All Finished Jewelry
(including Earrings, Cabbed items, Bracelets, Most Jewelry
Centerpieces, and all Necklaces) are Hand-Made / Customized upon Order
and will be shipped once completed. Therefore, please allow up to
6 weeks before shipment on these items.
Large Quantity Orders of Same Item Number
If your order contains a quantity of 10 or more
per style, your order may take longer to ship. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks
for casting of volume quantities.
REPEATED PLEASE NOTE: All Custom-Cast 14k Gold,

Package normally arrives in 2 business days from date shipped (Mon-Fri).
For example, if we ship on Friday, then 2nd business day is the following
Tuesday.
UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Holidays.

We will only ship to your US confirmed
& verified address as given to us by PayPal @ the time of your order. SHIPPING
& INSURANCE Please be sure to input correct information on
the ordering form (e.g., eMail address, mailing address, etc.). We will
ship your package to the mailing address given on the site, and any
interception due to incorrect shipping address after we send to address
given must be handled by the the initiating party (orderer). If package
is returned to us for any reason (wrong address, etc.), we will bill
your credit card S&H fees and resend.
All US packages are shipped Insured with Delivery Confirmation Service.
Loss of a package is only covered when the package is in the "possession"
of the USPS. Once the package is delivered to your mailbox or wherever
your mail is received (or to the place you put as your mailing address
on the website) and the delivery confirmation reflects a delivered status
(meaning the delivery confirmation label has been scanned and entered
as delivered), we are no longer responsible for it, unless you contact
us, and comply with the requirements for a signed statement that
the package never arrived. We will then (upon receipt of the letter
with your signature) replace your order or send a refund.
If after 30 days from shipment date (45 days international), your package
has not been registered/scanned as delivered, it will be considered
lost. Please contact us and provide your name, address, order number,
and a phone number, informing us that the item has not been delivered.
We will then make arrangements with you for replacement or refund. Shipping
costs are not refundable. Policy is for replacement, but if the item
is no longer available we will issue a refund.
Replacement or refund will be issued within 30 days of determination.
We will also continue to check the status of the original package. If
it does show up after the refund or replacements, we insist that it
be returned to us at our expense if we so choose or in the case of a
refund being issued, all monies refunded to you shall be returned to
us. Please wait 25 days after package mailing before writing for a claim
request. This process can only be initiated 30 days (45 days for international)
after original mailing date, and the signed affidavit letter must be
received back to us within 45 days (50 days international) of original
package mailing.
DELIVERY OR SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
Some packages may require a signature (it depends on your Post Office
and/or if we request a Signature Confirmation Service), and if you aren't
home to sign for it then you will receive a slip indicating an attempt
has been made. It will be your responsibility to make arrangements with
your post office or UPS for redelivery or pick up. We are not responsible
for packages lost after delivery confirmation has been made. We will
not replace or refund customers who claim that their package was not
received once delivery confirmation has been indicated.
DAMAGES
Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, via email. Proof
of damages must be provided. This means that the item will have to be
returned to us (at the buyers expense...this is no different than any
major mail order type business) with the original packaging or digital
pictures or scans of the item and packaging must be emailed to us. The
items or pictures of damage and packaging must be received within 7
days from initial email contact. After that time, if the item has not
been received the claim is null and void. If you are returning the item
we would highly suggest including delivery confirmation as your claim
can not be processed if we can not determine the extent and cause of
damage.
APO
/ FPO BUYERS We are proud to support our military personnel and
their families overseas, and gladly ship to APO / FPO addresses at same
US rates. We have a family member in the military!!
Please make sure the items you are having shipped are allowed in your
area. We know (as a family member is Air Force; Hello Jim!) that depending
on where military personnel are located, that there may be lists of
items (symbols, etc.) that are not allowed for various reasons. Please
check on this before purchasing.
INTERNATIONAL
BUYERS
It is your responsibility to make sure that any items you purchase from
us will clear your customs, and you are responsible for any duty or
customs fees or charges. Once we ship the item it is out of our hands.
The customs slip will declare the contents within the package and their
cost with the "Other" box marked. Sorry, but we we will NOT
show the package as being a "gift" or at a lower value.
Though not showing as insured, your package is insured via U-Pic. Regarding
international insurance regulations/determinations - Please see above. RETURNS
| REPLACEMENTS OFFICIAL
NOTICE:
Your order with us is considered a Contract.
As most items are hand-crafted / hand-casted, slight variations will
occur, these are not defects.
We are not obligated for any reason to issue a RA number. Unless defective
(returned for replacement), All Sales Are Final. Replacement
requests are ONLY accepted within 3 business days of registered delivery
date, and Must be Authorized.
Please write to us at return-request @ silverenchantments.com within
3 days to receive a replacement authorization code and instructions.
Authorized packets must be received within 10 days of RA issue.
When requesting a RA, please include your invoice number, and the nature
of the defect.
For your protection, at
buyers expense, all Authorized ReturnsMUST be sent
with a carrier that provides delivery confirmation / tracking and
insurance. We will not be responsible for any merchandise lost during
transit to us. Please include a Copy of your Original Invoice.
Absolutely
NO RETURNS Will Be Accepted
on the Following Items: Body Jewelry (Belly Rings,
Nipple Rings, etc.), Hair Sticks, Earwires, Earrings, Earthreads, Custom
or Customized Items (length, stone, etc.), Cut chain, Circlets, Clearance
Items, Herbs, Oils, Soap or Candy molds, Custom-cast Items (e.g., Large
quantity of Sterling Silver, Copper, 14k Yellow and/or White Gold).
When authorized, original and your
return shipping charges are not refundable, and a minimum 20% restocking
fee ($5 minimum) applies to all returns (per invoice, unless determined
defective by us). If free shipping level was attained, your refund will
also be less actual shipping/handling/insurance fees.
Please Note
In an effort to avoid fraud, we reserve the right to cancel any order
submitted with a false email address and/or telephone number.
An order placed by you, online or by phone, acknowledges
your acceptance of our policies which are nonnegotiable.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person, company, agency,
or organization at any time, and for any reason.
