SHIPPING POLICY
We know you want your order FAST! Please be sure to double-check your Order Details, eMail address, Billing/Shipping Address and Payment Information Carefully before submitting your order. We Cannot Add to or Cancel Your Order Once An Order Has Been Placed. Our goal is to ship within 48-hours of order receipt and generally on Tuesdays and Fridays via the Shipping Method Selected at time of order. Orders are not processed/picked or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or any Major Holiday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We will eMail to the eMail address provided at time of order a Shipment Confirmation Letter that contains the package Delivery Confirmation Number (as applicable) as soon as an Order Ships. We encourage customers to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept the return of Most Items for 30 days from the date of purchase with a Valid RMA. Please use our On-Line RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) System to file a Return Claim. Simply log into your account to access this feature. Returned items must be in original condition, original packaging and unused. Packages returned without a Valid RMA will not be processed.
RETURN EXCLUSIONS: Partial Lots, Any Item Not in Original Condition (e.g., busted bead strands), Body Jewelry, Earwires / Earring Hooks, Soap/Candy Molds, Custom Items (length, stone, special order), Clearance Items. Returned items must be in original condition, original packaging and unused.
FULFILLMENT MISTAKES and/or DAMAGES : If we make a mistake, we will make it right. Please inspect your package upon receipt. Fulfillment mistakes and Damages Must be Reported within 72 hours (3 days) of registered delivery. If received damaged, please retain all packaging material. A picture will be required to show any damage.
RESTOCKING and REFUNDS : Unless an order fulfillment mistake (see above) or an exchange for like-item is made, a flat 20% restocking fee shall be applied for each authorized return. In addition, if buyer qualified for and took advantage of Free Shipping, if the return lowers order to below the free shipping thresh-hold, buyer shall also be charged for the original postage, delivery confirmation and insurance costs incurred by Silver Enchantments LLC against the return value amount. If buyer purchased an item with a volume discount and the return lowers that item to fall below a volume pricing discount, only the difference will be refunded. Return shipping and insurance is to be paid by buyer via a prepaid, track-able method. Shipping costs to and from buyer are non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATION : As mentioned above (under Shipping Policy), please be sure to double-check order details before submitting your order as we are generally unable to cancel an order once it has been successfully placed. If we are able to cancel it, a 10% restocking fee will be imposed to cover our credit card processing fees and related expenses.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.
Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.
To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.
When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the SilverEnchantments.com site. ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Silver Enchantments LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
OUT-OF-STOCK POLICY
Our inventory counts are as live as possible. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered becomes out-of-stock. Should this happen, we will refund you those items to the payment method selected at time of ordering.
TAXES, DUTIES, VAT POLICY
Silver Enchantments LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Arizona. For orders shipped to other states or countries, the buyer is solely responsible for any and all sales taxes or other fees, duties and/or taxes.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Silver Enchantments LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Silver Enchantments LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon receipt of your order.
MONEY ORDER ACCEPTANCE
We accept U.S. money orders in U.S. Dollars or U.S. Orders only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time your payment is received, however. We will refund via check should this occur.

All of our products are intended for adult use only. It is recommended that jewelry-making products (and all packaging) not be used for items made for infants, toddlers, or other young children, who may be more likely to place these items in their mouths, and may present a choking hazard. Please be aware we do not sell to, or promote the sale of any product to or for, any child. Consuming foods or beverages that have been kept or served in leaded crystal products or handling products made of leaded crystal will expose you to lead - a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.
We recommend that you wash your hands after handling any jewelry making supplies, and keep all items away from small children and infants. No products offered by Silver Enchantments LLC are intended to be used by children, and at no time are the products we sell intended to be ingested in any manner.
So please, always remember : Do Not Eat the Beads or Any Other Jewelry Making Supplies!!
