In aromatherapy, ylang ylang evokes feelings of deep, languid
calm that melt away anxiety, tension and stress. Ylang tends to
predominate, so it should be used in small amounts on its own
or when blending with other oils. Too much of a good thing might
evoke negative effects; restraint is the key to working successfully
with cananga.
Other Uses: Hypertension, Low Self-Esteem, Depression, General
Hair/Skin Care. Ylang ylang oil can assist with problems such
as high blood pressure, rapid breathing and heartbeat, nervous
conditions, as well as impotence and frigidity.
Ylang-Ylang is a Calming, Reassuring, Uplifting, Sensual &
Slightly Sedating Oil that's Great for Everyday Stress.
CAUTIONS: Do not use if hypotensive
(have low blood pressure). Use only in small amounts / highly
diluted.
