A Japanese study suggested that after diffusing lemon oil throughout
a busy office building, typing errors decreased by 54%!

The lemon fruit was well known in Europe by the Middle Ages, and
Greeks and Romans were advocates of its therapeutic properties.
Lemon essential oil reached the height of its fame when the British
began using the citrus fruit to counteract the effects of scurvy.
Aromatherapeutic Uses: Lemon Essential Oil is a powerful antiseptic.
Not only has it been used to clean contaminated surfaces, such
as a butcher's cutting block, but it has a powerful antibacterial
and antiviral effect attributable to its limonene content. Also
used for: Athlete's foot, chiliblains, colds, corns, dull skin,
flu, oily skin, spots, varicose veins, warts.

CAUTIONS: Dilution should not exceed
5% when applying to skin. Best avoided if the area of application
will be exposed to sunlight or a tanning lamp for 24 hours due
to its potential phototoxicity.
Skin Brightener
(for dull and/or oily skin)
3 drops lemon oil
3 drops lavender oil
3 teaspoons distilled water
Use a soft cotton ball to gently massage mixture into the skin after
cleansing.
Follow up with a moisturizer.
